- Sign in to your PetHelp369 account with Google.
- Open the Data control section in your account.
- Select “Delete profile and data” and confirm.
Data that will be deleted
Your profile, requests, photos, responses, chats, pet and sitter data, business contact statistics, push subscriptions, and related operational data. A business profile is unpublished and de-identified.
Data that may be retained
A minimal hashed completion record and de-identified payment or receipt records that must be retained for accounting, security, or legal obligations. They are not used to restore the profile.
